As a new patient, please call our office at (702) 255-6768 to schedule your initial appointment. If you call after hours, please feel free to leave us a voicemail message and we will return your call promptly on our next business day. If you'd prefer, you can also send our office a text message to the same number (702-255-6768) and request an appointment. Again, we will respond as quickly as possible during normal operating hours.

We understand that scheduling conflicts can come up unexpectedly and are willing to reschedule any appointments at least 24 hours in advance at no charge to you. Any appointments rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. This is because we've reserved that time specifically for your care. Giving us an adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment to other patients who are waiting to be seen.

We always encourage new patients to plan on arriving at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time, especially if you plan on filling out your new patient paperwork in our office. Patients some times have difficultly locating our office inside the office complex, so please feel free to call us if you are needing assistance.

If you're late for an appointment, we'll make every effort to see you as soon as possible, but keep in mind that your office visit may need to be shortened or need to be rescheduled depending on the circumstances and how late you arrive.

We schedule our appointments with enough time to give you thorough care while also making sure you’re completely comfortable. An initial check-up and cleaning appointment generally takes about 2 hours for new patients. Consults take about 30 minutes to an hour.

If you've had x-rays taken at another dental office within the last 12 months, we are more than willing to use them in place of taking x-rays at your new patient appointment. However, if the x-rays are older than 12 months or are non-readable, we will require x-rays to be taken at your appointment. We always try to verify x-ray coverage ahead of time with insurance and try to limit procedures to what you are eligible for, but we cannot guarantee insurance coverage. If we have to take x-rays that are not covered by your insurance plan, you will be responsible in full.

We’re happy to! Let us know if you’d like to talk to someone over the phone about your first visit or ask questions about specific options to help with dental anxiety. We encourage you to bring headphones to play music and ask for a blanket if you’re cold. If you’d like, we also offer Nitrous Oxide—a safe and effective sedative to help you relax. We want to make your visit as enjoyable and painless as possible.
